The stay here was comfortable in the town of Felixstowe. The hotel was in a magnificent location very close to the restaurant. When it was hot outside we decided to visit Grosvenor, nice place to chill. Truly enjoyed staying at the perfectly clean and huge twin 

The staff were exceptional and incredibly nice and the location was excellent down to the sea. I came across Grosvenor, it was within easy walking distance of the hotel, offered nice shots. Got the same big and 

Fairly clean and gorgeous place with courteous and nice staff at all times. Magnificent location in the town centre. Plus, walking distance to Church of st Andrew. Luxury guest room with the bedroom, bath/shower, as example. Costs £ 41.  

Make sure you stay in the twin room by their decor. The hotel has comfortable and prime location near to train station.

The bathrooms are very small.

My stay was very pleasant here. Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was modern and tidy, it had comfy and prime location within walking distance of the beach❤

The hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean with very welcoming and really good staff at all times. A huge variety of food at breakfast like pastries and fruit. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location good right next 

I booked immaculately clean and huge room for a family event.

I had the a twin room which was huge with a bath. There were central heating, multi-channel television, and a kettle in my room. The hotel was set in a central area not far from town shops, restaurants and the sea front. 

Every time in Felixstowe we stay in this hotel. It's a stunningly beautiful and quiet place to stay! The location is marvellous, as the property is based in the town centre. Pleasant and exceptional hotel staff at all times, everything was great.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay. The venue was lovely old fashioned and well-run, I loved the stay and the location was convenient just next door to all local restaurants, shops and services and 

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it's lovely old fashioned and the location is unbeatable in the town centre. My room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with lovely walk-in shower. Everything seemed perfectly fine, clean and the staff

Very amiable staff and particularly good location opposite the station, everything was perfectly fine. A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was great.

We had an excellent experience. Pastries and fruit served for breakfast were outstanding.

The positives include prime location and parking onsite. There's Hamilton Fish & Chips serving quick orders close to the hotel.
